General
What products do you offer?
We offer an extensive collection of furniture for residential, hospitality, and commercial interiors. Alongside our standard collection, every design can be specified as shown, tailored to suit individual project requirements, or developed entirely as a bespoke commission.
Do you work with private clients?
We solely collaborate with interior designers, architects, developers, procurement companies, hospitality groups, and commercial clients. Private residential commissions are usually made through an interior design professional.
Where is your furniture manufactured?
Every piece is manufactured in our fully owned production facility just outside Porto, Portugal. By managing every stage of production in-house, we maintain complete control over quality, craftsmanship, and consistency.
Do you work internationally?
Yes. We regularly manufacture and deliver furniture for projects throughout Europe, North America, the Middle East, Asia, and beyond. Our logistics team can coordinate worldwide shipping and installation where required.
Quotations & Design Development
How do I request a quotation?
Simply send us your drawings, furniture schedules, specifications, sketches, inspiration images, quantities, and project information. The more detail you can provide, the more accurately we can prepare your quotation.
How does pricing work?
Every quotation is prepared individually. Pricing is determined by dimensions, materials, finishes, quantities, detailing, and the overall complexity of the project.
Are the prices shown on the website final?
No. Website pricing is intended as a guide and is based on standard specifications and production quantities. Final pricing may vary depending on dimensions, materials, finishes, customisation, and order volumes.
Can I customise dimensions?
Absolutely. Every item is manufactured to order, allowing dimensions to be tailored to suit your project.
Can I customise finishes?
Yes. Timber finishes, upholstery, metals, stone, glass, lacquers, and decorative finishes can all be customised to suit your design requirements.
Can you match existing finishes?
Yes. We regularly develop bespoke finishes. Where possible, we ask clients to provide a control sample or reference material to achieve the closest possible match.
Can you manufacture from our drawings?
Yes. We regularly manufacture from client-supplied technical drawings, CAD files, specifications, and furniture schedules. Our technical team will review all documentation before production begins.
Do you prepare technical drawings?
Yes. Every bespoke commission includes detailed technical drawings for client review and approval prior to production.
Do you produce prototypes?
Yes. Prototype development can be arranged where required. This allows designs, proportions, comfort, and construction to be reviewed before full production.
Do you supply material samples?
Yes. Timber, upholstery, metal, glass, and finish samples can all be supplied during the design development stage to assist with approvals and material selection.
Can you source specialist materials?
Yes. Alongside our standard catalogue, we regularly source specialist fabrics, metals, stones, veneers, and decorative finishes to suit individual project requirements.
Can I supply my own fabric (COM)?
Yes. We usually work with Client’s Own Material (COM). We can also procure any chosen fabrics on the client’s behalf. A small handling fee of 8% (trade price) is charged.
Can you assist with value engineering?
Yes. We can assist clients with value engineering to help achieve project budgets without compromising the overall design intent.
To provide meaningful recommendations, we encourage clients to share their target budget at the outset. This allows our team to review materials, construction methods, finishes, and manufacturing techniques, identifying opportunities to improve cost efficiency while maintaining the quality, functionality, and aesthetic of the original design.
What is your revision policy?
Following quotation acceptance, technical drawings will be prepared for approval. Amendments can be made during this review stage. Once production has commenced, changes may no longer be possible.
Materials & Craftsmanship
What materials do you work with?
We work with an extensive range of premium materials including solid hardwoods, veneers, upholstery, metals, natural stone, marble, glass, and specialist decorative finishes. Every material is carefully selected to suit both the design intent and practical requirements of each project.
Can I choose a different cushion filling?
Yes. Our standard specification uses a medium-density CMHR foam core with an 80/20 feather and down wrap. Alternative comfort options, including full foam, fibre, or down fillings, are available upon request.
Do you make loose covers and arm caps?
Yes. Loose covers, arm caps, and other protective accessories can be produced for many of our furniture collections.
Production
What is your typical lead time?
Typical production lead times range from 12–18 weeks, depending on the scale, complexity, material availability, and quantities involved. Your Project Manager will confirm an estimated programme when your quotation is prepared.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We manufacture everything from individual bespoke pieces to complete furniture packages for large-scale residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.
Can you manufacture contract furniture?
Yes. We mainly manufacture furniture for hotels, restaurants, bars, offices, retail environments, luxury residences, and commercial developments.
What quality control procedures do you follow?
Every piece undergoes multiple quality inspections throughout production before receiving a final inspection prior to packaging and dispatch, ensuring it meets our exacting standards.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are 50% upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance payable prior to dispatch. Alternative terms may be agreed for larger commercial projects.
Delivery & Installation
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We organise worldwide shipping via road, sea, or air freight depending on project requirements and destination.
What delivery options do you offer?
Furniture can be supplied Ex Works or delivered directly to site. Our logistics team will recommend the most suitable shipping solution for your project.
Do you offer installation services?
Yes. We offer optional white-glove delivery and professional installation services, ensuring every piece is positioned, assembled, and installed to the highest standard.
How is the furniture packaged?
Every item is carefully inspected before being professionally packaged using protective materials appropriate to its size, finish, and destination, ensuring it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
Can you store completed furniture?
Yes. Short-term storage can often be arranged by prior agreement where project programmes require delayed delivery. Storage fees may be incurred.
Can you deliver projects in phases?
Yes. For larger projects we can coordinate phased production and deliveries to align with construction programmes and installation schedules.
What if access to my property is restricted?
We understand that access can present challenges, particularly within existing older properties. Staircases, lifts, narrow corridors, restricted entrances, listed buildings, and other access limitations can all be considered during the planning stage to ensure a smooth delivery and installation process.
Can large furniture be manufactured in sections?
Yes. Where appropriate, larger furniture can be designed and manufactured in sections to facilitate transportation, property access, and installation. Once assembled, joints are carefully engineered to ensure the finished piece retains its intended appearance, comfort, and structural integrity.
Do you offer a site measuring service?
Yes. Where required, we can arrange an independent third-party site survey to verify room dimensions, access routes, and installation requirements before production begins. This helps minimise the risk of access issues and ensures furniture is manufactured to the correct dimensions.
What information do you need regarding site access?
Where possible, we ask clients to advise us of any access restrictions during the quotation stage, including staircases, lifts, narrow doorways, parking limitations, restricted access times, or crane requirements.
Aftercare
What warranty do you provide?
All furniture is covered by a two-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship.
Do you accept returns?
As every piece is manufactured to order, we are unable to accept returns unless goods are damaged, faulty, or do not conform to the agreed specification. Should an issue arise, our team will promptly arrange an appropriate repair or replacement.
How should I care for my furniture?
Comprehensive care and maintenance guidance is provided with every order and is also available within our Care & Maintenance section.
Can replacement parts or repairs be arranged?
Yes. Wherever possible, we can supply replacement components or arrange repairs to maximise the longevity of your furniture.
Sustainability
How do you approach sustainability?
We believe longevity is one of the most sustainable qualities a piece of furniture can possess. By combining responsibly sourced materials, considered manufacturing, and exceptional craftsmanship, we create furniture designed to perform beautifully for generations while continually seeking opportunities to reduce our environmental impact.
